Data Deletion Request

1. Your Right to Data Deletion

At AiToolKit™️ ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), we respect your right to control your personal data. In accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, India's DPDP Act, and Meta Platform Policies), you may request the deletion of your personal information that we have collected and stored.

This page explains how to submit a data deletion request and what to expect after submitting one.

2. What Data Can Be Deleted?

Upon a verified request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:

  • Your account profile (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
  • Lead and contact information you have stored in our CRM
  • Chat history, attachments, and message logs
  • Appointment records and booking history
  • WhatsApp Business API conversation logs linked to your account
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram) page tokens and lead-form data linked to your account
  • Activity logs, login history, and notifications
  • Uploaded files and media attachments

3. Data We Are Required to Retain

Some data may be retained, even after a deletion request, to comply with legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations. This includes:

  • Invoices and payment records (retained as per Indian tax law)
  • Audit and security logs required for fraud prevention
  • Anonymised analytics data that cannot identify you
  • Records required by Meta / WhatsApp Business policies

4. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Option A — Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to info@aitoolkit.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • Registered email address
  • Registered mobile number
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Option B — WhatsApp Request

Send a message to +91 95581 33552 from your registered mobile number with the text "Delete My Data".

Option C — In-App Request

Sign in to your AiToolKit panel, go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete My Account, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Option D — Meta / Facebook Login Users

If you connected to AiToolKit using Facebook Login, you can also revoke access and request data deletion via:

  • Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find AiToolKit and click Remove.
  • Or email us at info@aitoolkit.in with the subject "Facebook Data Deletion".

5. Verification Process

To protect your account, we will verify your identity before processing the deletion request. This may include:

  • Confirming the request from your registered email or mobile
  • Sending an OTP to your registered WhatsApp number
  • Asking for additional details that match our records

6. Processing Timeline

  • Acknowledgement: Within 48 hours of receiving your request
  • Verification: Within 7 business days
  • Deletion Completion: Within 30 days of verification
  • Confirmation: A final confirmation email/WhatsApp will be sent once deletion is complete

7. Effect of Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

  • You will lose access to your AiToolKit account permanently
  • All active automations, chatbots, and campaigns will stop
  • Any active subscription will be cancelled (refunds, if any, are subject to our Refund Policy)
  • The deletion is irreversible — data cannot be recovered after the process is complete

8. Third-Party Data

If you have integrated AiToolKit with third-party services (Meta, WhatsApp, Google, payment gateways, etc.), you may also need to delete your data directly from those platforms. We do not control data stored by third parties.

9. Children's Data

If you believe a minor's data has been collected without consent, please contact us immediately at info@aitoolkit.in and we will delete it on priority.

10. Updates to this Page

We may update this Data Deletion page from time to time to reflect changes in our processes or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date will always reflect the most recent revision.
